World Order Lab Participates in the Conference on Indonesian Foreign Policy 2025
World Order Lab’s Analyst Fransiscus Divo Marcellino Prasetia attended the Conference on Indonesian Foreign Policy (CIFP) 2025 "Preparing for The Next World Order: Indonesia, the Global South and the West," organized by Foreign Policy Community of Indonesia on November 29, 2025.
The conference presented a full day of plenaries, thematic sessions, and focused discussions on global governance, ASEAN’s evolving role, middle-power diplomacy, Indonesia’s energy transition and economic diplomacy, and key security and geopolitical challenges. Participants engaged in parallel panels ranging from world-order debates and Indo-Pacific dynamics to peacekeeping experiences, multilateral strategy, defense modernization, and career pathways in international relations. Several policy roundtables complement the broader program, with the event concluding in a closing plenary and interactive activities.
World Order Lab extends its appreciation to the Foreign Policy Community of Indonesia (FPCI) and all speakers, panelists, and participants for convening the Conference on Indonesian Foreign Policy 2025. We value initiatives that foster critical dialogue on the evolving world order, Indonesia’s role in the Global South, ASEAN and Indo-Pacific dynamics, middle-power diplomacy, and emerging geopolitical and security challenges, while creating greater opportunities for informed engagement on Indonesia’s role in shaping the regional and global landscape.
