Nisyarisha
Legal Associate
Nisyarisha is Legal Associate at World Order Lab. She is currently an Undergraduate Student in Law Studies at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara, where she is developing a strong foundation in legal reasoning, research, and analysis. Her academic journey is guided by discipline, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning.
Nisya's early experience in professional and organizational settings has been shaped by participation in debate competitions, Model United Nations (MUN), and student leadership activities. Through Muskitnas MUN and the World Scholars Cup, she has strengthened her ability to analyze complex issues, construct persuasive arguments, communicate ideas clearly, and remain composed under pressure. Her involvement in her high school’s student council (OSIS) also provided valuable experience in organizing activities, collaborating with others, and engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.
Beyond academics, she enjoys watching romantic comedies, has a background in playing basketball, and takes an interest in learning about different cultures and perspectives.
Looking ahead, Nisya aspires to become a legal professional who can contribute meaningfully in corporate, governmental, or international settings. She hopes to combine legal expertise with strong communication, negotiation, and diplomatic skills. As a proactive learner who continually challenges herself, she is eager to develop further expertise in legal research, legal drafting, and case analysis while remaining open to new opportunities for professional and personal growth.
