Rafi's research interests focus on decision-making and inductive reasoning, particularly how people process information, recognise patterns, and make judgments in different situations. He is also interested in digital ethics and workplace technology, interpersonal dynamics and empathy, maladaptive behaviours and psychopathology, and social and emotional development. These topics reflect his curiosity about human behaviour, how people interact with others, and how psychological processes shape everyday experiences.
Outside his academic and organizational commitments, he enjoys sketching, reading comics, and exploring different forms of art. Art is a personal interest that allows him to express his creativity, appreciate different perspectives, and find inspiration in the stories and ideas around him.
