Rafi's background includes coordinating data monitoring initiatives for national security agencies, managing client relationships in the software sector, and conducting research on trade and governance across Southeast Asia. Across these environments, he specializes in translating complex economic and policy frameworks into practical, well-structured guidance for decision-makers.
Rafi holds a Master’s Degree in Diplomacy and International Affairs from the School of Foreign Service, Georgetown University, as an LPDP Scholar under Indonesia’s Endowment Fund for Education, and a Bachelor of Social Science in International Relations from the College of Asia Pacific Studies, Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University.
Rafi's work extends to drafting policy briefs, convening industry seminars, and facilitating diplomatic dialogues during regional trade forums. Grounded in academic analysis and operational practice, he focuses on helping institutions navigate regulatory shifts and strategic partnerships with clarity.
