Elizabeth Rusida Yosephine Br. Tamba is Lead Creative at World Order Lab, having previously served as Content Writer with the Communications Division.
She holds Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Sumatera Utara, whose interests lie at the intersection of international relations, strategic communication, political communication, and digital media. Her academic background has equipped her with strong analytical, writing, and research skills, particularly in discourse analysis and media studies.
Beyond academia, Elizabeth has accumulated extensive experience in branding, digital marketing, public relations, and content strategy through internships, leadership positions, and youth organizations. She has worked with governmental institutions, international communities, and educational organizations, contributing to communication strategies, public engagement, and digital campaigns.
Elizabeth is also actively involved in organizations focusing on diplomacy and international affairs, including the Foreign Policy Community of Indonesia (FPCI) Chapter Universitas Sumatera Utara and the World Order Lab. These experiences have strengthened her interest in foreign policy, public diplomacy, and regional cooperation in Southeast Asia and the Indo-Pacific.
Her research explores how language, media, and communication shape public perception, identity, and international narratives. She is particularly interested in digital diplomacy, political communication, ASEAN affairs, and the role of youth in addressing global challenges through strategic communication and international collaboration.
