Delia Ananta Bilqis
Associate, Women Empowerment Working Group
Delia Ananta Bilqis is Associate of Women Empowerment Working Group at World Order Lab. She is currently an Undergraduate Student in International Affairs Management at the School of International Studies, Universiti Utara Malaysia.
Bilqis' research interests mainly focuses on geopolitics and human rights issues, and it leads her to sharpen her knowledge and insight on it. Learning politics and digging deeper into human rights issues, especially gender equality, has been her interest, and it is highly influenced by her real-life experiences.
Bilqis previously held a position as President of the International Students Society at Universiti Utara Malaysia. During her leadership experience, she learned to take responsibility for leading and coordinating the society in representing and supporting the international student community. Her role involves overseeing the executive committee, coordinating with university authorities and external stakeholders, managing organizational and administrative matters, and ensuring the successful implementation of various programs and initiatives.
