Alya Hasna Yogasara
Legal Counsel
Alya Hasna Yogasara is Legal Counsel at World Order Lab, where she oversees legal affairs, advises on institutional governance and regulatory compliance, and contributes to the development of policies that uphold the youth think-tank's legal and ethical standards.
She currently works as a Junior Associate at a boutique law firm in Jakarta, and previously gained experience as a Notary Assistant at a notary public office.
Alya holds a Master of Notarial Law from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, and a Bachelor of Law in Business Law from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Padjadjaran. During her undergraduate studies, beyond her focus on Indonesian business law, she pursued her interest in the intersection of law and international relations as a member of the Asian Law Students’ Association (ALSA) Local Chapter Universitas Padjadjaran and the Foreign Policy Community of Indonesia (FPCI) Chapter Universitas Padjadjaran.
Although her expertise is grounded in Indonesian business, corporate, and company law, Alya recognizes that global politics is closely intertwined with the domestic legal and economic climate. For this reason, she views her role in establishing World Order Lab as fundamental to opening greater opportunities to engage directly with policymakers, diplomats, academics, practitioners, and other actors shaping Southeast Asia’s future.
